What I'm Reading
I just finished Nancy Robards Thompson's THE COWBOY WHO GOT AWAY. I love Nancy's books because they are so emotionally satisfying. This one didn't disappoint. Next up is CHASING CHRISTMAS EVE by Jill Shalvis.
What I'm Loving
My parents are visiting this month and I'm enjoying their visit so much. We have had fun going to the Garden Centre near us Dobbie's. I'm also eating a lot of scones...I don't want mom or dad to have to eat them alone. :)
What I'm Working On
I am putting the finishing touches on my Whiskey River Christmas story--Once Upon A Texas Christmas. Watch this space next week for a cover reveal. :)
What I'm Doing This Weekend
My son is coming home this weekend and we are going to visit Warwick Castle. My mom loves castles and this one is a lot of fun.
What I'm Drinking
Bailey's on ice. It's chilly outside and Bailey's never fails to warm us up at night. Plus it's on sale right now so sort of a win/win.
Here's a recipe for a Flat White Martini
50 ML Bailey's, 25 ML Vodka, 25 ML espresso shaken or stirred and topped with coffee beans.
